What Makes HD Anolyte Generators Different?
The task of the HD generator design is to extend the range of active chlorine concentration in anolyte disinfectant and produce disinfectants with adjustable active chlorine concentration from 1000 to 6000 ppm. This is achieved by means of a diaphragm electrolyser without using external circulation circuits or Peltier elements.

Salt and Energy Consumption
Envirolyte documentation reports that ELA-HD anolyte machines are designed to produce anolyte with lower salt and energy consumption than standard ELA machines. According to the Envirolyte Corporate Brochure, approximately 3.0 g of NaCl and about 4.3 W of energy are required to generate 1 g of FAC, which is reported as lower than standard ELA consumption figures.
