Portable ECA Demonstration Unit

Envirolyte Demo-30 portable ECA demonstration unit

Envirolyte Demo-30 is a portable ECA demonstration unit designed to produce acidic anolyte and catholyte or neutral anolyte during customer presentations, technical demonstrations, training sessions, trade fairs and exhibitions. The compact system allows Envirolyte distributors and dealers to demonstrate electrochemical activation technology and generate activated solutions directly at the presentation site.

The portable demonstration unit requires only a 230 VAC or 110 VAC power supply and a small quantity of prepared brine solution to begin operation. Depending on the selected operating mode, Demo-30 can produce approximately 30 litres per hour of acidic anolyte together with approximately 10 litres per hour of catholyte, or approximately 40 litres per hour of neutral anolyte.

With a weight of 14 kg and a compact double-walled plastic transport case, Demo-30 is intended for convenient transportation and repeated field demonstrations. For larger on-site generation requirements, compare the unit with GH-40 anolyte/catholyte generators, ELA anolyte generators and ANW anolyte generators.

Portable Electrochemical Activation Demonstration Equipment

Demo-30 is primarily a presentation and training tool for demonstrating the principles of electrochemical activation technology. The system allows distributors, dealers and technical specialists to produce activated solutions directly in front of customers and demonstrate the basic operating principles of Envirolyte equipment.

The unit can be transported to customer offices, industrial premises, trade fairs, exhibitions and other locations where access to a full-size Envirolyte installation is not practical. Its compact enclosure combines the generation equipment in a protective case intended to withstand normal handling during transportation and field use.

Typical uses of the Envirolyte Demo-30 demonstration unit
Use casePurpose
Customer presentationsDemonstrate on-site production of acidic anolyte, neutral anolyte and catholyte directly at the customer's premises.
Distributor and dealer demonstrationsProvide a portable technical tool for presenting Envirolyte electrochemical activation technology.
Trade fairs and exhibitionsOperate a compact ECA generation system where installation of full-size industrial equipment is not practical.
Technical trainingDemonstrate basic operating principles, generated solution streams and equipment configuration.
Pre-project evaluationSupport preliminary demonstrations and discussions before selecting larger Envirolyte generation equipment.

Generated Solutions

The Envirolyte Demo-30 can operate in two production configurations. The first configuration produces acidic anolyte and catholyte simultaneously. The second configuration produces neutral anolyte.

Portable Transport Case

The Demo-30 generation equipment is housed in a double-walled plastic case designed to provide a strong, lightweight and stable enclosure. The transport format simplifies handling during business travel and helps protect the equipment against normal bumps and impacts associated with transportation and repeated field demonstrations.

The compact dimensions and 14 kg equipment weight make Demo-30 considerably easier to transport than standard industrial generation systems. The unit should nevertheless be transported, stored and operated according to Envirolyte instructions to protect the electrochemical components, electrical equipment and fluid connections.

Demo-30 Compared with Other Envirolyte Generators

Demo-30 is intended primarily for demonstrations, presentations and technical training. It should not be positioned as a replacement for industrial Envirolyte generators designed for continuous treatment, automated dosing or larger production requirements.
